A NEW LOGO FOR ADALIA
Students under 25 years of superior graphics and professional institutes were hired to create a new logo for the farm of Mezzane di Sotto (VR)
Adalia – from Latin Adalia Bipuntacta, ladybug with two black spots on its wings – is a small agricultural reality of the Valpolicella, sited in Molinetto, Mezzane di Sotto (VR), with four hectares of vineyards, where Marinella Camerani, along with daughters, is conducting a project of easy wines, young but not trivial in line with its philosophy of “natural agricolture”.
With this spirit of renewal and attention to new generations, on the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of CORTE Sant’Alda, historic property of the family, was a competition in partnership with colleges and graphics professional institutes, aimed at students under 25, for the design and implementation of a new logo. The works arrived, a hundred from all over Italy, were exposed in the cellar during the celebrations of this important anniversary.
Tuesday, November 8, 2016 gathered in the cellar, the Technical Jury of Carlo Alberto Delaini, Head of Press Office of VeronaFiere and jury president, Marinella Camerani, owner of Adalia and Corte Sant’Alda, Marco Fogliatti, grafic designer, Laura Zanoni, journalist of the newspaper Arena and Cecilia Zanasi, an expert in communication and agency owner Zed_Comm – to select the best five projects.
The finalists guys have been able to interpret with imagination and personality, through a logo and a new brand, the company’s philosophy, the quality of the wines and the relationship with young people.
The school and the student winners will be rewarded at the wine tasting Adalia, which will be held Wednesday, November 30 in Milan. The winner will receive a prize of 500,00 Euros and the Institute of origin will be recognized a voucher of 1,500.00 Euros spendable value written materials and / or teaching.
